Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Description Responsibilities: Promoting company products and services to developer.
To plan, develop, implement? and strike for achieving the sales target set by the Management
To explore new business opportunities, developing new business plan and innovative marketing strategies for the new market diversification
To attend to and handle all the enquiries, customer visit, negotiation & follow up action
Build close rapport ?and relationship with existing / potential clients/ developers etc
To prepare quotation submission to clients and sales collection from clients
To attend tender interview and design presentation with design team?
To work closely with design team and project team to ensure smooth completion of project secured
Requirements:
Degree/in Interior Design / Business/ Marketing?
Minimum 8 years experience ?
Experience in servicing developer, architect & designer industry
Able to read ID and construction drawing will be an added advantage
Good understanding and knowledge of social media platforms
Must be able to communicate in Mandarin due to the nature of business
Good presentation & communication skill
Computer literate
Possess own transport
