Details of the offer

Your main responsibilities Assist the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing in managing the B2B sales team in the DACH Region Develop and manage B2B communication strategies and content via trade communication and social media to ensure the Sani and Ikos brands are positioned as the leading resorts in their respective segment and destination Assist in the delivery of Germany’s sales and marketing objectives Assist with the growth in revenues with a clear focus on the Suite Collections and support strategy to increase ADR from the market Adapt and manage the B2B portal and develop on-line training modules for the DACH Region Support and manage a joint marketing fund for joint promotions and advertising ensuring that budgets are adhered to and deliver required ROI Manage B2B database effectively using existing CRM systems, ensuring effective account management and implementation ADP’s (Account Development Plans). Meet and exceed sales goals by constantly monitoring account performance and increasing market share Build and maintain strong relationships with an internal and external client, as well as industry partners (DMO’s, NTO’s, airlines) Ensure regular and effective communication channels with the Sales and Marketing departments at Head Office. Work closely with Marketing in Head Office to deliver trade sales and marketing activities Direct and support the Sales Managers to plan, organize and host client events, familiarization trips, trade, and consumer shows, and internal clients/ hotels’ sales call ensuring brand standards are adhered to by the team. Maintain a high level of competition product knowledge, market intelligence, and pricing to make recommendations for strategic or tactical amendments to rates
Your main qualifications/skills
6-10 years of working experience in the Travel or Hospitality industry with a focus on the luxury segment A University degree in Business Administration or Marketing would be a plus Experience in managing teams Project management and creativity record Stakeholder management with strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong presentation and reporting skills Excellent knowledge of MS Office Fluency in German and English Fluency in French would be a plus Accountability and responsibility
