Sales Operation Executive wil be the first liner support and training on the Sales Force Automation system. Work closely with Sales team, project vendor, distributors, IT team, Operations in getting required support and timelines.This is also responsible on coordination of trade audit. This role is also accountable for the administrative and support to the sales team.
As a Sales Operation Executive , your fantastic days will include the following:
Sales Force Automation System (ADAMS)
? To be first liner support to the sales team and distributors when necessary
? To provide training to distributors? admin, new Regional Sales Manager and Sales Executive
? SKUs maintenance and update pricing in ADAMS to distributors from Pen. Malaysia and East Malaysia
? Update Trade Bulletin into ADAMS upon request
Tableau
? To be first liner support on Tableau
? Work closely with IT and vendor on the report requirement
? Create new report upon request
? Make sure data is accurate in all reports
Trade Audit
? Key person in charge on Trade Audit Processes like work with Sales Director, Marketing Director / Innovation Director /
Marketing Managers on the key information to audit.
? Prepare the trade audit form, outlet list and pairing list
? Consol the audit result and share to management
? Roll out to Commercial Managers and Directors
Electronic Sales Order (ESOs)
? Monthly update ESOs with new promotion SKUs / new SKUs on Pricing / Product m3
? Remove remnant / old promo / old Gen / old variant from ESO once IDC + Depots are depleted
? Add SKUs into certain channel when any ad-hoc request
? Prepare ESO to new KAE/ SE and assign a new ESO initial number to the new KAE / SE
? Issuance of Free Goods as per request by Sales Director or Sales Manager. If the request from Sales Manager / KAM /
SNKAM, must obtain approval from Sales Director
? Record and track all the Free Good has been issued Inventory Report
? Daily communicate to commercial team
? Updated with the right SKUs into the report
? Always aware of stocks availability on low inventory or promo SKUs based on the buffer day / shipment lead-time
? Follow-up closely with Logistic team on the stock readiness
? Check with Planner when the stocks level is low & update next availability date
? Monitor inventory status in all warehouse (IDC + Depots) and work closely with Planner & Sales
? Propose a plan / discuss with Sales Director on the high inventory items / / remnant promo SKUs in depots.
? Do not release new / promo SKUs before approval from Sales Director
Qualifications needed to be the one :
? Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in any related field or equivalent.
? At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
? Familiar with Oracle system and Sales Force Automation system is an added advantage.
