You will be responsible for:
• Responsible for school procurement of supplies, materials, equipment, and inventory management as well as support all operational and logistical projects of the school.
• Managing for transportation, food services, facilities maintenance, security and other third party service contracts.
• Responsible for the hiring and managing school support staff, including arrival/dismissal
• Ensure the school safety processes and compliance as well as facilities-related needs, including scheduling/meeting vendors and handling after-hours facilities emergencies
• Counseling prospective parents & students on the school courses & providing outstanding care.
• Recruiting students to study in the various programs of the school.
• Attend to admissions inquiries, prepare and deliver appropriate presentations, assist in conducting admission tests and bring student through the admission process.
• Initiating and nurturing positive relationships with parents/schools/agencies by following up on leads and sourcing new clients through various platforms and strategies.
• Be involved in recruitment activities to promote the school in education fairs, road shows, open day and any other promotional activity for the school.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including education institutions.
• Provide reports on leads, applications as well as assist in tracking recruitment numbers/performance.
• Achieving student recruitment targets and close enrollments.
• Handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• More than 3 years of experience in Sales, operations and facilities management .
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to make connections, work creatively and effectively.
• Drive and hunger to exceed expectations.
• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia fluently.
• Ability to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage.
• Experience in managing service level agreements and contracts for outsourced services.
