Details of the offer

As a part of a team of sales operations specialists, you will be both supporting Annata sales force and the Annata network of partners by executing number of supporting as well as administrative tasks. The mandate of the sales operations team is to free the sales team to focus on selling and equip them to sell as efficiently as possible. That is done through series of tasks and activities that include: • Defining and maintaining standard operations procedures on documentation and agreements that need to be executed in each sales case • Manage and execute quotations and complex bids for large projects including subscription software and services • Streamline and maintain process and data for Annnata’s internal CRM system • Manage licensing and pricing of Annata’s products and educate the salesforce on both Annata’s and Microsoft pricing methods and strategies • Onboarding new member of salesforce by providing training in SOPs, licensing and pricing • Manage license compliance of customers and partners • Approval, certification, and maintenance of Annata’s network of resellers via standard evaluation and re-evaluation practices • Manage Annata’s partner agreement contracts and ensure compliance • Organize certification training for new as well as existing partners • Define and monitor key sales performance indicators • Manage the sales forecasting processes • Manage and coordinate reference calls • Various administrative tasks that can be relieved off salesforce to increase their time spent in front of customers and prospects Skills The diverse nature of Sales Operations responsibilities requires you to have a wide variety of skills that can be employed simultaneously. These include: • ERP and CRM system knowledge: Understanding complex software offerings licensing in the area of ERP and CRM systems • Negotiations skills: As a specialist in licensing and pricing, you will be supporting the salesforce in negotiation and closing strategies • Planning and organizations skills: As the role requires participation in multiple processes with number of different stakeholders located all over the world, strong planning and organizations skills are required • Sales skills: Because sales operations directly impacts how the salesforce spends its time, deep understanding of the daily challenges and goals of the salesforce is required • Native or fluent English skills: You will be providing text as well as maintaining contract, licensing and statement of work templates as well as communicating to customers, partners and internal stakeholders world-wide. Annata’s corporate language is English and your English needs to be close to flawless Experience and qualification: Minimum 5 years experience in one or more of the following: field sales, sales operations, sales enablement or marketing of complex software products Bachelors degree in a relevant field of study Delivery and/or support experience in the field of ERP or CRM systems in medium to large enterprises desired
