This role involves developing new customer relationships, maintaining existing ones, and promoting the company's products or services.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team with strong communication and negotiation skills and be motivated by targets and goals as well as to contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Pursue Leads:Research and identify potential clients or customers.
Reach out to initiate contact and pitch products or services.
Build Relationships:Establish strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
Understand their needs to provide solutions.
Sales Presentations:Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product or service.
Negotiate and Close Sales:Become a Bid Manager.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and conditions with customers to close deals successfully.
Overcome objections and secure sales.
Maintain Client Records:Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress toward sales targets.
Collaborate with Teams:Work with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues.
Achieve Sales Targets:Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Continuously strive to improve performance and close rates.
Provide Customer Engagement:Assist customers with any inquiries or post-sale inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications:
Has experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role within the same industry circle.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business / Banking / IT or equivalent work experience.
2 – 4 years' experience in Cards, Bank operations or Payments-related divisions.
Technical / IT candidates looking to jump into sales role are welcome to apply.
Preferably with experience in executing or being part of the projects to completion.
Possess good verbal and writing skills in English.
Able to conduct basic Product Presentations / Walkthroughs with Customers.
Able to travel overseas.
