You will be responsible for the sale of cutting-edge products/systems/services in electrical distribution channel with a designated market in accordance with strategy. Reporting to the Sales Manager, based out of Subang Jaya; Malaysia, you will use your experience and drive to build long-standing customer relationships, identifying effective solutions for customer needs.
Your responsibilities
- Driving sales volume and margin across the Electrification Business area.
- Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service and your knowledge of customer needs and ABB solutions.
- Preparing sales plans and bids, with marketing and other departments, ensuring technical and financial accuracy.
- Creating added value for the customer and ABB and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques.
- Ensuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.
- Contributing to the identification and development of new market opportunities in collaboration with the wider Sales team.
- Monitoring customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports collection and project management activities when needed.

- Diploma/Degree in electrical engineering.
- 2 years of experience in electrical distribution/ dealer’s network.
- Minimum requirement of computer skill, Microsoft office.
- Should have work experience with direct sales or marketing field.
- Good knowledge with industry & customers.
- Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
