We deliver products and systems designed to connect, protect and control electrical systems, ensuring reliability, efficiency and safety for equipment and personnel.

You will be responsible to work on pro-active basis with contractor, EPC & End User to achieve targeted growth, influence customer specifications by arranging and delivering customer presentation and participate in commercial & technical meetings in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Reporting to Channel Manager, you will participate in internal team meetings to generate management reports and forecasts.

Your responsibilities

- Managing and Growing Electrification business for domestic COG market.
- Implementing One ABB approach, NSPP model.
- Penetrating in COG market segments, competitor's customer base.
- Exhibiting good knowledge of COG segment, customers and projects in allocated market.
- Having experience working in Direct Sales Role in Electrical Industry for COG projects, experience in switchgear industry preferred.
- Exhibiting good knowledge of electrical engineering, especially in areas of power distribution and transmission.
- Delivering commercial strength to negotiate and close sales deal.
- Ensuring higher profitability of orders booked.

Your background

- A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- More than 5 years of experience in electrical industry (Switchgear) as well as segment / application knowledge in COG market.
- Broad understanding of direct sales to COG customer.
- Strong Technical knowledge of switchgear.
- Proven leadership capabilities and ability to work across reporting lines.
- Should have good communication and negotiation skills.
