We deliver products and systems designed to connect, protect and control electrical systems, ensuring reliability, efficiency and safety for equipment and personnel.

You will be responsible to work on pro-active basis with TNB, SESB, SEB and Utility contractor & Infrastructure related project and pursuit to achieve targeted growth in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Reporting to the Channel Manager, you will arrange and deliver customer presentation and participate in commercial & technical meetings to generate management reports and forecasts.

Your responsibilities

- Exhibiting good knowledge of Utility segment and/or Infrastructure, customers and projects in allocated market.
- Penetrating in Utility & Infrastructure market segments, competitor's customer base etc.
- Being responsible working in Direct Sales Role in Electrical Industry for Utility/ Infrastructure projects.
- Ensuring higher profitability of orders booked
- Being responsible to manage and Grow Electrification Products business for domestic Utility and Infrastructure market.
- Ensuring commercial strength to negotiate and close sales deal.
- Implementing One ABB approach, NSPP model.
- Living ABB's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

- A Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- More than 5 years of experience in electrical industry (Switchgear) as well as segment / application knowledge in Utility market and/or Infrastructure market.
- Broad understanding of direct sales to Utility customer & Infrastructure market.
- Technical knowledge of Switchgear.
- Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
- Proven leadership capabilities and ability to work across reporting lines.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
