Responsibilities: Brand development, trade visit Responsible for merchandising and field work
To coach salesman and merchandiser
To achieve sales target set by Company
To propose and secure primary sales order from Distributor and General Trade (GT)/High Traffic Outlet (HTO)
Ensure healthy inventory count at distributor warehouse
Building a good relationship with retailers and distributor
Requirements:
Mature personality and a team player
Basic Microsoft Skills
Energetic and positive attitude
Strong negotiation skills
Experience:
At least 5 years sales experience in FMCG industry
Experience in managing a team of salesman would be an added advantage
Experience in handling Large Provision (LP) & HTO? in Penang/butterworth area
