Sales Supervisor / Team Lead

Job Description
• Manage and lead the overall team matters under your care
• Oversee sales activities and ensure these are carried out in accordance with documented procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Contribute towards achieving company’s goal and objectives set in sales target and monthly/quarterly/annual Key Performance Index (KPI)
• Develop, guide and motivate sales team to achieve excellence in aspects of sales and customer service efficacy and efficiency
• Assume the role of customer service to ensure the highest customers’ satisfaction rating
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in the relevant industry
• Minimum 2-3 years of sales and team lead working experience in FMCG is an added advantage
• Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia. English and Mandarin literacy is an added advantage
• Good project management skill
• Possess good leadership and problem solving skills
• Articulate, eloquent, pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills with supervisory ability
• Hardworking, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Computer literate
• Able to work independently to accomplish task within deadline
• Able to formulate your own set of working procedures and continuously improve and receptives to feedbacks from others
