Role Description
We are looking for aSales Support & Administrative Executiveto join our team in Cyberjaya.
This full-time, on-site role involves handling client inquiries, managing enrollments, and providing sales and administrative support to ensure smooth training operations and a seamless client journey.
Job RequirementsKey Responsibilities
Respond to sales inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms, and provide enrollment support.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents accurately and efficiently.
Manage training documentation, student records, and administrative processes.
Support daily administrative tasks, including report preparation and documentation.
Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure smooth training program execution.
Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
Qualifications
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Experience in handling sales inquiries and processing orders.
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with Mail Merge is a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience in handling HRD Corp grants or similar administrative processes is a plus.
Passion for education, technology, and the drone industry.
