Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
Understand customer needs and manage the sales process.
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with other sales team members, marketing, and warehouse to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
A diploma or higher in Business Administration or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Strong self-learning abilities and a keen interest in continuous development.
A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
