Sales Trainer is responsible for training for specific therapeutic or organisational areas. This includes planning and implementing all sales training programs and training events related to product knowledge, selling skills, role-plays and skill development workshops.
Role Responsibility
- Develops training and education to meet the needs identified in the sales training plan, including product specific training or skill development
- Works closely as a team in Commercial Excellence to develop integrated training materials
- Assesses the effectiveness of training initiatives in to determine if the stated training objectives have been met
- Manages Sales force in delivering product related training and initiatives
- Leads resource allocation and training budget
- Support Marketing in field force launch readiness & Sales Manager in post launch uptake
Essential Requirement
- You have a Degree in Science or equivalent
- Detailed understanding of market dynamics within therapeutic area
- Demonstrates excellent presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and verbal/written communication skills
- At least 3 years working experience in pharmaceutical selling in hospital environment. Training experience is desirable
- Experience in digital capability development
