Key Responsibilities:
SAP FICO Implementation & Support: Configure, implement, and support SAP FICO modules based on business needs.
Financial Processes Optimization:Analyze and improve financial workflows, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and general ledger.
Controlling Module Management:Handle cost center accounting, profit center accounting, and internal orders.
Integration & Data Management:Ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and HR.
User Training & Support:Provide end-user training, documentation, and troubleshooting support.
Compliance & Reporting:Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with finance teams, IT teams, and business stakeholders to align SAP FICO functionalities with business needs.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting).
Deep understanding of SAP CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders).
Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred).
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in financial reporting and compliance regulations.
