Sap Fico Management Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Management Support Analyst with extensive experience in providing support for SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
The ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of hands-on SAP support experience, including expertise in SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and other SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide functional and technical support for SAP FICO modules, ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
Work closely with business users, finance teams, and IT support teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Manage and support SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions, ensuring seamless invoice processing and workflow optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules.
Perform system configuration, testing, and enhancements to align SAP solutions with business requirements.
Participate in SAP upgrades, patches, and system enhancements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Provide end-user training and documentation to improve system utilization and efficiency.
Assist with financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing activities, and process improvements.
Support data migration, interface development, and system integration projects related to SAP FICO.
Requirements:
10+ years of SAP FICO support experience, including strong knowledge of financial and controlling processes in SAP.
Experience in supporting SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and familiarity with its integration within SAP.
Knowledge of SAP MM, SD, HR, PP, and other SAP modules is an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve SAP-related issues efficiently.
Experience in SAP system configuration, testing, and user training.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
