Scaffolding , Assistant Supervisor

Position: Scaffolding, Assistant Supervisor.Salary: RM 2000-3000.Location: Permatang Tinggi, Butterworth, Pulau Pinang. Job Introduction Our client is a leading scaffolding equipment company,providing high quality and safety equipment to the building and construction industry. The company prides itself of the quality of their equipment for the construction industry. Currently they are looking for a hands on Construction/Scaffold Supervisor to assist in managing their manufacturing/production Yard. This is a full-time position and is based at the production Yard in Permatang Tinggi in Butterworth, Pulau Pinang. Scope & Responsibilities As Assistant Supervisor, you will assist the Yard Supervisor to manage the production and repair of modular construction equipment in the production Yard. -Provide technical knowledge and supervise the erecting and dismantling of scaffold. -Prepare packing list and calculate packing material requirements. -Assist and supervise in the logistics support on delivery of scaffolding equipment to job site and container loading. -To conduct inspection and verify scaffolding structure. Candidate attributes -Male preferred in age group 23-35. -Qualification relating to building structure, construction or Civil and Structure engineering. -At least 2 years of relevant experience in the industry with good knowledge of building construction,scaffold, gantries and related Local Laws. -Experience in appraisal of temporary structures,scaffolding,gantries,structure will be an asset. -PC literacy (MS word, Excel) -Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to speak fluent English and BM. -Possess current drivers' license and own reliable vehicle.APPLICATION FOR THIS JOB Interested candidates are hereby invited to apply by forwarding a copy of your resume for our review.
