Details of the offer

1. Responsible to assist the EXC to plan, organize and lead all kitchen operation at Mantanani Island Resort under your charge. 2. Responsible to ensure that all food(s) under your charge is / are timely served and as per Company standard. 3. Responsible to plan and propose the menus under your charge, keeping in mind the budget, and the availability of seasonal ingredients. 4. Responsible to lead the kitchen team under your charge, and assist the team as and when required. 5. Responsible to train staff under your charge to prepare and cook all the menu items. 6. Responsible to ensure and take ingredients stocks and equipment, and placing orders to replenish the stock. 7. Responsible to ensure the safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen. 8. Responsible to maintain positive customer relationships, process complaints, and respond to customer needs. 9. Responsible to ensure execution and achievement of all expressed, implied decisions, mission, vision and targets of the MD. 10. Responsible to assist the EXC to perform the kitchen operations activities in the most efficient manner; set target and provide coaching to team members to optimize performance. 11. Develops good working relationships with key internal and external contacts, authorities, regulatory bodies, suppliers, vendors, contractors, etc. 12. Responsible to source and / or recommend to GPLD and / or QS and / or relevant departments on kitchen related purchases, repairs, contracting supplies, vendors and similar related issues. 13. Ensure that all activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner, sets targets for the team members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance. 14. Responsible for the process improvement and enhancement within the functions. 15.
