Details of the offer

SPM / Diploma in Logistic / Industrial Logistic / Logistic & Freight Forwarding Management.- Posses basic Seafreight forwarding Customer Service knowledge.- Familiarise with the freight forwarding international commercial terms (Incoterms).- Applicant must be willing to work in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan- Finding carriers for special cargo/shipment.- Place bookings with liner.- Monitor shipment from booking until cargo arrive at destination.- Issue bill of lading.- Get invoice from shipping line and other vendor for payment arrangement.- Filing job files.- Make calls to follow up next orders from shippers/suppliers.- Working together with freight forwarding agent for custom clearance and delivery/pick-up required.- Follow up with overseas agent to get cargo update until clearance to consignee.- Follow up term payment from customer.- Sending pre-alerts documents to overseas agent, courier documents to customers.- Import jobs - request NOA, send correction manifest, liaise with shipper and forwarding agent and transporter for clearance until cargo deliver.**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Nilai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- sea freight working: 5 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Willingness to travel:- 25% (required)Expected Start Date: 05/02/2024
