Responsibilities:Maintain and upkeep the Chairman's active diaries / calendar of appointment including related office matters and family matters are carried out in a timely manner.
Act as a liaison person between the Chairman and other external parties as instructed by the Personal Assistant or the Chairman.
Ensure proper set up of meeting rooms for video conference or virtual meetings to minimize any interruption.
Provide assistance in organizing TA Company events such as Annual Dinner, Christmas Party and other events organized from time to time.
Ensure timely renewal of Chairman's driving license and the renewal of his passport together with his family members' passports.
Assist in managing and handling Chairman's outstation trips and overseas travels including arranging accommodation, transportation, travel itinerary and visa application(s).
Perform multiple administrative tasks such as typing, filing, answering calls, collating reports and other day-to-day administrative support as and when required and handle ad hoc tasks effectively.
Requirements:1-2 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant will be an added advantage.
Good organizational skills, record keeping and ability to prioritise tasks assigned.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets by using office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint with minimum supervision.
Adaptability, flexibility, initiative, strong interpersonal skills, team player, attention to detail and meticulous in carrying out tasks assigned.
