Security Guard (Based At Kuching)

JOB SUMMARY: To keep the safety at office premises and construction sites at the optimum level. ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES: - Plans, supervises, and coordinates activities for the smooth running of the security department. - Reviews and monitors the performance of security guards and proper corrective measures to enhance further. - Ensure office premises and construction site are safe from intruders and vandalism. - To ensure full compliance to patrol/checking on company's properties are safe. - To ensure that vehicles and people entering the construction site/apartment compound are controlled and monitored closely. - To prevent unauthorized extension outside or abutting the company's property. - To ensure unruly behavior or disturbances within the company's property compound and alert for suspicious adhering at site/premises. - To ensure Logbooks/Station diary are properly and correctly kept in order as required for record purposes. - To work closely with the apartment property manager, when necessary. - To be based at either Triso, Sebuyau or Kuching. - Perform any other duties as directed from time to time by immediate superior and Management of Naim Group.Armed with a staunch belief that our communities define our future, Naim's founders saw the potential of a swampland in a remote area of Tudan, Miri, Sarawak.
