Senior Account Executive/Assistant Account Manager

1. To handle full set of accounts.
2. Prepare monthly management report (including notes to account& schedules) and strict adherence to the dateline.
3. Perform reconciliation on major suppliers and banks.
4. Manage day-to-day accounting functions.
5. Liaise with external auditors, tax, agent, bankers and regulatory bodies.
6. SST Filing.
7. Coordinate and assist in annual audit and tax related matters.
8. Ensure proper filing and maintain proper accounting records.
9. Provide support on all financial matters such as financial analysis, reporting, planning etc.
10. Other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned from time to time.
