Senior Account Finance Executive
We are looking for a dedicatedFinance & Account Executiveto provide clear financial reporting and strategic advice to improve overall company performance.
Responsibilities:
Develop and monitorfinancial models, forecasts, and budgets.
Conduct variance analysis to improve financial performance.
Supportcost-benefit analysisfor new projects and expansions.
Cash Flow Management, Strategy & Process Improvement
Providestrategic financial insightsto drive business growth.
Identify and implementcost-savingand revenue optimization strategies.
Enhance financial processes, automation, and reporting accuracy.
Monitorcash flowfor optimal fund allocation and stability.
Oversee accounts payable/receivable for timely transactions.
Full Set of Accounts & Payroll
Handleend-to-end accountingincluding general ledger, reconciliations, month-end/year-end closing, and financial reporting.
Managepayroll processing , ensuring timely salary disbursements and compliance with statutory requirements.
Prepare accurate, timely financial reports for stakeholders.
Assist with audits, tax filings, and investor reporting.
Work closely withbanks, auditors, tax agents, and grant providersto ensure smooth financial operations.
Assist in securing business financing, managing company grants, and optimizing tax planning.
Requirements:Minimum3 yearsof experience handlingfull-set accounts( e-commerce experience preferred )
Advanced proficiency inExcel , including financial modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present clear insights.
Highlystructured, detail-oriented, and proactive , with strong organizational skills.
