Senior Accounts Executive

Job brief An established financial services provider is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to join their remote team. This role involves managing bookkeeping, payroll, and accounts for clients, ensuring high-quality financial operations in a fully paperless environment.
Responsibilities Maintain client bookkeeping, including bank transactions and feeds using Xero.Perform bank reconciliations and conduct accounts reviews.Process accounts payable and facilitate timely payments.Manage accounts receivable and issue invoices accurately.Handle payroll services and prepare payroll tax lodgements.Prepare monthly management reports and ad hoc financial reporting.Assist with Business and Instalment Activity Statements (BAS) preparation.Collaborate effectively in a remote, paperless work environment. Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.Proficiency in Xero accounting software is essential.Familiarity with payroll processing is desirable.Accounting qualifications or certifications are preferred.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
