Senior Accounts Payable Executive

Job brief An established company in the construction industry is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Executive to manage and optimize accounts payable operations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling supplier and subcontractor payments, and contributing to the financial stability of the organization.
Responsibilities Receive, review, and process invoices from suppliers and subcontractors.Verify the accuracy of back charges, invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation.Ensure proper documentation for payment approvals.Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to resolve billing discrepancies, payment, or pricing issues.Process payments for staff claims, rental, and utilities.Verify documentation for foreign worker payments before releasing funds. Requirements Diploma or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably within the construction industry.Strong communication skills, particularly in dealing with suppliers and subcontractors.High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
