The Role Responsibilities
Processes Develop and maintain analytics dashboard, working closely with the stakeholder managers to ensure data is up-to-date and business line CIO preferences are captured. Provide innovative analytical insights and translate business needs into metrics and dashboards using data visualization tools. Maintain monthly automated calculation of critical metrics and reporting for internal stakeholders and senior management. Create detailed analytical models through integration and processing of data from various sources using API calls. Responsible for developing and executing solutions to monitor and report on specific data quality, such as product end of support dates
Risk Management Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with Standard Chartered regulatory standards, policies and practices
Governance Request data extracts and analyse, query and manipulate large data sets according to governance and regulatory requirements. Produce and analyse management information for the obsolescence governance team on an ad-hoc basis.
Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Our Ideal Candidate
Data analysis in Excel - in particular experience using PowerPivots, complex formulas, macros, and querying large data sets. Data Visualization Tools - e.g. Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI API calls in querying large data sets from different sources Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint. Analytical skills with close attention to detail. Good organisation skills including an ability to prioritise and deliver to deadlines. ServiceNow, in particular Business Intelligence Reporting. Python 3, JupyterHub, SQL Programming or R Language. Agile Project Methodology.
