Senior Analyst Programmer

User Requirements Studies and System Analysis and Design:
Assist in gathering of user requirements.
Assist in system design according to user requirements.
Assist in documentation of system design specifications and system functional specifications.
Assist in development of project prototype.
Assist in project stakeholder meeting coordination, schedule and follow up.
Coordinate team meeting with the team member.
Conduct R&D effort on emerging internet technologies and involve in proof of concept (POC) solution development.
Software Development:
Responsible for the software development process of application modules as specified in System Design Specifications and System Functional Specifications.
Adhere to the software development practices.
Testing:
Assist in preparing comprehensive test plans and test cases for the various testing stages.
Responsible for unit testing, regression testing, functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Responsible for debugging and repairing the system when bugs are found during testing.
Deployment and Installation:
Prepare deployment plan and checklist.
Assist in the implementation of fully tested and approved programs.
Involve in delivery, installation, and commissioning of the system.
System Support and Maintenance:
Provide software support and maintenance of the system.
Efficiently and effectively support and maintain the system.
Diagnose all reported incidents and promptly provide feedback to customers according to Service Level Agreement.
Ensure all major incidents are resolved effectively and efficiently.
Requirements:
Degree or equivalent preferably in Computer Science/Business Information Technology/Diploma in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in the software development life cycle.
Experience in supporting production systems, system diagnostics, and system maintenance.
Proficient in ASP.Net MVC & C#.
