Investor & Treasury Services Malaysia is a processing center of operational excellence supporting 10 countries across three geographic time zones. The country employs a global operating model to maximize efficiencies across time zones and supports a 24/5 operations.
Transformation and Change (T&C) team is to enhance the scalability of our global operations, improve service quality via our ‘centers of excellence’ and to implement/leverage standard processes globally.
As a Senior Analyst,you will be responsible for to own, lead and oversee key transformational projects within Client Operations Malaysia, ensure strategic goals or objectives are accomplished within approved time frames, scope and budget. Independently manages time critical projects, provide support to RPA related requirement gathering, post deployment support and maintenance.

What will you do?
Plan and manage delivery of key transformational projects, including gathering of business requirements, scope and deliverables by ensuring risk assessments and contingency plans are identified.
Establish and lead program/ project teams by setting out vision and case for change. Develop team ways of working, encourage collaboration, and create an atmosphere for high-performing teams.
Actively participate and drive key strategic projects within Client operations with the objective to improve and transform operations.
Support existing/New RPA process maintenance and development.
Manage relationships and communications with all key project stakeholders and sponsors.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Mathematics or MBA.
3+ years of relevant software development or Testing and business process analyst.
Experience leading projects, usually involving large cross-enterprise teams across multiple disciplines and of a business functional unit significance with hands on experience of working with RPA tools, including testing and troubleshooting of “In Production” BOTs.
Should have comprehensive knowledge of Macro (VBA), VBA, VB.NET, Python, SQL and understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodology for process diagnosis and requirement gathering.
Excellent written and oral skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes and automated solution designs and to present technical details to a non-technical audience.

Ability to conceptualize automated solutions and understand the implemented design architecture.
Ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind.
An aptitude for problem solving while taking a logical route to the source of an error.
A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team.
