Animating characters with using pre-set models

Making animatics by placing cameras and models, including making scenes and pre-visualizations

Having good animation skill and able to judge or giving advice, how to make good animation

Supervising quality

Applications used

Maya

Must have

Able to read storyboard and conduct jump-cut

Able to use Maya software

Able to animate characters with adding lively and performing element and not simply adding motion

Able to supervise and guide team member(s)

Able to make great teamworks with other artist
