Senior Architectural Clerk Of Works @I-City

Responsibilities - Coordinate, monitor and review progress of works at site - Attend all project and progress meeting as per meeting schedule - Review design drawings and identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural, Architectural and Company requirements - Check and coordinate combine service drawings and liaise with consultants and relevant contractors - Prepare weekly and monthly progress report as per required by superior for reporting - Daily inspection and supervision of works to ensure quality of works - Preparing show drawings for fabrication of materials - Sourcing for alternative materials and coordinating with overseas suppliers - Monitor and control the construction progress to ensure project schedule is met. - Other duties as required Requirement - Degree in Architecture or equivalent - Minimum 5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position - Independent with good communication skills - Fluent in BM and English, Mandarin and other languages would be an added advantage - Candidate must be able to work in i-City & KL
