Job Brief:Proactively identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities within the industry through comprehensive market research and trend analysis.
Optimize current processes and standards to enhance operational efficiency and drive cost savings.
Take a proactive and hands-on approach to implement growth strategies and initiatives swiftly.
Collaborate effectively with various departments and teams to track business metrics, analyze performance, and ensure alignment with growth objectives.
Prepare investor updates and management reports, offering insights into the company's performance and growth initiatives.
Assist in creating and delivering presentations to shareholders, providing essential information for stakeholder engagement.
Assess and forecast the company's operational, sales, and financial performance using data-driven models.
Conduct industry and market research on trends, opportunities, risks, and competitive landscapes within the Health and Wellness industry.
Support the Strategy's and CEO Office's agenda by actively participating in ad-hoc projects of strategic importance.
Maintain a growth mindset, consistently seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Job RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields, MBA, or CFA Certification is an added advantage.
Proven experience of 2-3 relevant years with strong business acumen and problem solving skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and synthesize complex data.
Knowledgeable in project management principles.
Proficient in tools such as Excel, SQL or Powerpoint or equivalent.
Familiarity with data analysis software such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio or equivalent is an added advantage.
