What you will do

Organize and execute all required activities to deliver high quality specifications and designs that meet the business process requirements and that enable External Service Providers (ESP’s) to design and implement the required IT solutions, within boundary conditions like budget, timing and architectureCreate, challenge and validate business cases for the requirements of the businessValidate designs and IT solutions as they are created by ESP’sOrganize proper user acceptance testing, roll-out activities and hand-over to operations

What you will need

Bachelor’s / Master degree in IT, Business Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field, or equivalent industry experience required5+ years of relevant IT experience in applications managementProficient in SAP Technical Application Management, experienced through multiple full-cycle implementationsProficient in Hybrid Technical Application Landscapes (Public Cloud, Private Cloud, On-Premise, SaaS, etc.)Team player; working together in (remote) multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teamsAbility to collaborate and partner with business and IT in defining, preparing and executing projects and changesExcellent communication skills, able to liaise with business partnersCompany business language: fluent in English, both written and spokenProject skills: knowledge of project methodologies, analytical & problem-solving skills, decision maker, prioritization and managing deadlinesFlexible in adapting to changing deadlines, priorities and requirementsChinese language skills (spoken & written) preferableSemiconductor experience, knowledge of (application) integration, SAP S4 HANA (implementation) experience, solution architecture, experience in Agile projects and new technologies (AI, ML, Low code) are ideal
