Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Servicing team at Marsh . This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to: Acts as the primary contact for daily communication with complex accounts, managing correspondence and communications. Conducts client research and industry analysis to develop an understanding of client businesses, including benchmarking studies and risk maps. Supports colleagues by handling day-to-day account management tasks, including billing, scheduling, and liaising with senior professionals to ensure client satisfaction. Manages and resolves account issues promptly, using judgment to escalate complex problems to senior colleagues when necessary. Gathers insights on relationship satisfaction and reports findings to senior colleagues, providing context and suggestions for improvement. Begins to establish relationships with counterparts at client organizations. Maintains knowledge of the company's service offerings and market trends to enhance work quality and develop sales skills.
