Attractive benefits coverage which includes Optical and Dental Modern Smart Office Workspace in the heart of Kuala Lumpur We will count on you to: As a Senior Client Executive, you will be involved in the following tasks: Oversee management of claims notified and assist in the conduct quarterly claims review with PII Committee, insurers/reinsurers and Echelon To be the focal point for claims management under the scheme, advising insured parties and liaising with all relevant parties on claims management Respond to and process claims notifications from insured parties to Echelon Draft and manage claims declinature and claim appeals to insurers/reinsurers Handle claims issues involving interpretation of policies and respond to non-routine and complex inquiries Support Echelon in following up with insured parties on base excess payments and obtaining further documents in relation to claims Assist in preparation and submission of all required monthly/quarterly reports Overtime provide periodic analysis of claims statistics and trends, including in relation to risk management measures Writing articles on risk management. Assist in giving talks/presentations on policy and/or risk management Ensure that the WGH is kept fully aware and informed of all pertinent issues or problems and wherever possible, provide solutions Develop and build client relationships with MBar PII Committee, Bar Council of Malaysia and its members Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, procedures and controls What you need to have: Degree In Law Preferably with 5 - 6 years relevant work experience in legal practice, advantage with insurance and negligence claims experience Effective interpersonal skills, presentation and competency insurance claims management Strong organizational skills, having the ability to work both independently and also in a team-based environment Display keen interest in clients’ business and drive to achieve clients’ objectives What makes you stand out: Solid experience in Professional Indemnity solicitation and claims Have excellent communication skills with the drive to expand your knowledge Marsh & McLennan Companies offers competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits and programs including: health and welfare, tuition assistance, 401K, employee assistance program, domestic partnership benefits, career mobility, employee network groups, volunteer opportunities, and other programs.
