Senior Consultant (Corporate Finance)

Job Description Senior Executive Job Responsibilities Drafting of announcements, circulars, submission documents in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in preparation of proposals which are consistent with market-based principles and compliance with regulatory requirements.
To assist in the coordination and implementation of corporate exercises on a timely basis.
Proper extraction and review of information from source documents received and prepared by other professional advisers.
Organising and maintaining proper documentation/records and filing of documents.
Ensure compliance with the relevant provisions of the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Financing Act 2001

Experience/Knowledge Required?
Knowledge
Understand the basic areas of authorities? guidelines/policies ie Securities Commission Malaysia, Bursa Securities Malaysia Berhad, Bank Negara Malaysia and Companies Act, 2016.
Good command of written and spoken English Language
Experience
At least 2 ? 3 years working experience in corporate finance / advisory dealing with IPO, fund raisings, mergers & acquisitions and restructurings

Strong analytical skills for problem solving
Qualification Required
Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business / Law or equivalent professional qualifications.
