File Management: Open and close files while maintaining accurate and organized filing systems (both physical files and team drives).Ensure proper filing of legal documents and correspondences. Correspondence and Document Preparation:
-Draft and send letters and emails; and
Assist in drafting, preparing and compiling cause papers


Telephone Communication and Dispatch Coordination: Make calls to follow up with government departments for extraction of documents, responses to postponement, applications, etc.Make necessary arrangements and manage dispatch services to ensure timely filing and service of documents. Searches and E-filing: Filing & extracting court documents using the e-filing system.Conduct searches such as SSM, JIM, CTOS, and Land Searches.Handle e-filing tasks efficiently and independently.
