Senior Dealer (Futures & Derivatives)

Provide accurate and timely trade execution for clients in various investment products (local/foreign securities, derivatives, funds, etc.). Manage risk and monitor market activities, client accounts, margins, and trades while adhering to compliance policies, procedures, and regulations. Stay updated on key developments in financial markets, competition, and regulations, assessing their potential impact. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless trade execution, settlement, and post-trade activities. Contribute to process and system improvements. Work closely with internal/external stakeholders and regulators on projects related to business, products, platforms, systems, and regulatory requirements. Assist customer service team with enquiries and provide support on platforms and products. Prepare user manuals and strengthen processes to minimize operational risks. Oversee, coach, and lead junior dealer representatives in their daily tasks. Assist with data collection and preparation for training-related matters. Support the head of dealing with ad-hoc matters. Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, and/or relevant disciplines. Securities Commission (SC) Malaysia's "Capital Markets Services Representative's License" (CMSRL) holder/registered person. Other relevant industry certifications are a strong plus. Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in the relevant dealing/trading field, specifically within financial institutions, brokerage firms, or related industries. Willing to work in shift rotation (day/night shifts), including public holidays. Five working days per week. In-depth knowledge of a variety of investment products, including securities, derivatives, funds, etc. Ability to work independently and as a valuable team player, demonstrating effective leadership skills. Good adaptability, able to work under pressure, strong analytical and presentation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, meticulous and detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English and Malay is a must, while Chinese is preferable. We offer a comprehensive and holistic work experience and package as follows:
