Pro Cahaya Industries Sdn Bhdis looking for askilled Design Engineerto support engineers through a variety of tasks including routine layout, proposal drawings, diagrams, and sketches through Computer Aided Design (CAD) and EPLAN.As we constantly have projects and system integrations lined up, we want you to join our team as a Design Engineer inSelangor .What Does Our Team Do?As a senior member of the Design team, transfer design and drafting skills to junior engineers.
Responsible for all design drawing operations consisting of instrumentation hook-up drawings, P&IDs, electrical system drawings,MCC & PLC panel drawings , SLD and three-line diagrams, equipment loop diagrams, etc.
Understand drawing specifications based on equations, calculations, and written instructions, and prepare drawings based on sketches and existing drawings provided by engineers.
Maintain CAD models and EPLAN drawings and associated files in the data management system per customer standards.
Create CAD drawings for engineering projects including design tender drawings, shop drawings for consultant approval, construction drawings, coordination drawings, as-built drawings, etc.
Understand project scope of supply and perform panel design following customer requirements.
Proactively update job progress to project engineers or managers.
Able to design modifications/changes as per customer requirements.
Participate in customer design reviews when required.
Involved in panel testing.Do You Have What It Takes?Tertiary education in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or relevant discipline.
At least 3-5 yearsworking experience withMCC and PLC panel drawings.
Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia; other languages are an added advantage.
Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
