-Formulate and recommend digital strategy to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.-Provide specialized knowledge and insights on the development of technology strategy and roadmap- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update brand website to ensure that all content is fresh, relevant and engaging.-Monitor and maintain website to maintain smooth functionality.-Ensure brand and design principles are followed accordingly so the brand is represented in the digital space as per brand guideline.-Execute design templates through Canva and/or collaborate with designer for digital marketing assets creation to improve user experience and engagement where needed.-Identifying online advertising opportunities and launch optimised online ads through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase brand awareness, follow up to track and monitor success and ROI.-Plan and monitor ongoing brand presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook etc.)-Track and measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and create timely reports across the digital portfolio.-Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organise their distribution through various channels with day to day responsibility for the company's CRM system (database management).-Monitor marketing and social media programs, and acandviandes over digital platforms.-Monitor competitor social media, websites and email newsletters and keep on file best practice.-Assist where required over event weekends for the purpose of social media broadcast, to execute social media implementation and managing responses.-Work across marketing /retail team to ensure all events and acandviandes are in-line with digital platforms.-Online community management and support online comments, feedback and inquiries promptly.-Identify, recommend and sign-up relevant influencers for the brand.-Propose, organise and co-lead campaign shoots as required by marketing team.-Coordinate with brand stylist on tutorial content and ensuring brand guideline is met.-A recent marketing or other relevant University degree. -Minimum 5 years experience in digital marketing. -Proven knowledge and experience within B2C social media campaigns. -Strong written and verbal communication. -Planning and time management
