Senior Digital Media Ad Ops Executive

1. Managing and optimizing sponsored campaignsDaily tasks-Liaising with internal and external teams for sponsored campaign executions, making sure campaigns are executed smoothly and according to timeline.-Producing campaign reports, campaign analysis, campaign data related reports, etc.-Optimizing campaigns, managing campaign budget to ensure KPI is achieved (running Facebook or Google ads)Secondary tasks-Provide insights to content team on ad copies that work, finding new solutions for campaign optimization2. Yield Management-Monitoring ad demand revenue liaising with ad partners for better yield performance, optimizing ad placements, etc.-Troubleshooting and monitoring ad campaigns.-Producing revenue and yield reportsRequirements-Basic knowledge of Excel-Has prior experience in using Google Ad Manager and/or prior experience in programmatic ads management.-Ability to work with a team-Bonus skills-Good at logical expressions and able to troubleshoot ad unit tagging related issues.
-Basic knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint-Has prior experience in using Google Ad Manager and/or prior experience in programmatic ads management.-Able to work independently (but also can work with a team)-Excellent command of English, able to read and understand Malay-added advantage if can read or speak Mandarin-Has prior experience in managing client campaigns or digital marketing-(Facebook and/or Google)-Meticulous, proactive, and detail-oriented-Good at basic math or logical expressions-Good time management and problem solving skillsBonus skills-Interest towards learning new things and/or a fast learner-Basic knowledge of Photoshop or equivalent photo editing softwares
