Deliver exceptional service and convert interactions into lasting customer relationships.
Provide product and service information and guide customers throughout their purchasing journey.
Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and effective communication.
RequirementsMinimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service or live chat support.
Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese proficiency is an advantage).
Strong typing and communication skills (minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute).
Ability to work on a shift rotation, including day and night shifts.
Based near Setia Avenue, Setia Alam, with hybrid work arrangements available.
