Senior Electronic Engineer

? Lead a team from contract manufacturer to support project from development, pilot build, and mass production to end-of-life.
? Liaison with Headquarter, factory and suppliers to ensure completion of project on time and within budget.
? Discuss, review and communicate with headquarter and manufacturing vendor to update/modify design as needed.
? Test, debug, and validate complex assemblies.
? Trouble shoot by identifying root causes and communicate with parties concerned in order to solve the problems.
? Conduct cost-benefit analyses to determine the optimal direction to meet the design requirements.
? Suggest alternative source component and prioritize qualification process.
