ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define and develop line cutting, laser/mechanical scribing and parting process (Square Cut process) setting Co-develop with laser scribing equipment supplier on laser scribe process (quality, yield, PPH and cost) Work together with raw material supplier, equipment suppliers on process and equipment development to meet yield, quality, capacity, utilization and cost indicators Work together with GO media engineering team to meet media and HDD dimensional, mechanical requirement and product qualification Establish process characterizations, and manufacturing capability Establish pilot line checklist (equipment, OSRM, utility etc) Perform documentation (SOP, safety, environment HIRAC)
Qualifications:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Material Science.
REQUIRED:
• 1-2 years working experience
SKILL:
Effective coordination and communication skill. Positive mindset and Strong Team work player. Comply with applicable environmental, health and safety laws and regulations, company policy and accepted safe work practices.
