Job description

In your new role you will:

- 2nd level support for Manufacturing Reporting & Analytic application used globally within Infineon.
- Responsible for the timely resolution of incident tickets within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
- Timely & successful implementation change request/application changes
- Undertake improvement initiative by means of effective problem management
- System availability & uptime
- Lead problem management for pro-active management of FI services in scope, evaluate and deploy new measures/solution in the respective areas to achieve improvements in performance, functionality, availability and cost effectiveness.
- Provide 2nd level support, solution administration, system maintenance, monitoring and operation to meet customer SLA/targets.
- Prepare, define & execute functional test cases.
- Participate in UAT phases with user.
- Undertake change & release management for IT services / software deployment cycle.
- Organize cooperation between operation team, key user group and 3rd level support (application owner)
- Undertake 24x7 on-call duty where necessary
Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Min. Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering with minimum 2 - 3 years working experience.
- Min 2- 3 years’ experience in solution focusing on manufacturing execution system.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge in data transfer, file processing methodology, system interfaces/integration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work both independently and a good team player.
- Sound knowledge and skills dealing with application service operation (incident, problem, event and release management).
- Good analytical & troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience in database system (e.g. Oracle, MS-SQL).
- Programming knowledge in C#.net, scripting, Oracle PL/SQL
- Knowledge on Tableau product will be added advantage. Benefits
