Senior Engineer Process

Job description

In your new role you will:

- Initiate, coordinate and lead excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects in Lithography
- Conceive, develop, evaluate plans & criteria for the continuous process improvement
- support troubleshooting to identify hypothesis and root cause of process and quality deviation
- Drive Lithography process team to exceed manufacturing parameter targets and achieve high levels of process and equipment performance
- Characterize Lithography process and equipment system to maintain and improve capability and process control
- Monitor process performance indices on qualified processes and establish good controls to maintain process performance
- Ensure productivity improvement through process changes, document, as well as implement process capability and work with equipment engineer to maximize productivity
- Start-up new equipment processes which involves process characterization and development
- Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other Lithography process control tools. Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Degree in Chemical/Physics/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering or Applied Science required
- Preferable 2-6 years of working experience in wafer fabrication Lithography field
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
- Those with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic, and PowerPoint are required
- Experience in process control, yield improvement as well as knowledge of 8D are preferred. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills required
