Senior Engineer Process Integration

Job description In your new role you will:Initiate/lead yield/Inline/PCM/DD and quality improvement programsLots’ assessment & disposition to ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon’s quality and reliability standardInvestigate, identify and provide fast feedback to production line in case of PCM/Inline/DD trend deviation/driftIdentify product or technology, or process margin related problem and work with PI/UPS/T to resolveProcess route creation/release and maintenancePerform DOE splits for process margin study and improvement, DOE for optimization of product performanceSupport new product releases, Production tools releases (PCRB), technology transfer / development projects and ramp up production of new technologiesLead/support Technology Synchronization and technology FMEADeviation management Fast feedback to production in deviation with accurate analysis and conclusionProvide expert knowledge on risk assessment on product quality and reliability (MRB) Your profile You are best equipped for this task if you have:Bachelor/Master/PhD Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Physics/Material Science/ChemistryMinimum 3-5 Year of working experience in Semiconductor industry preferred, BE experience is accepted with higher number of years of experience.Candidates with MEMS knowledge and process technology will be an advantage.
