Job description

In your new role you will:

- Support the division to facilitate their development portfolio at the wafer test and preassembly site Kulim.
- Interact with development TDI engineer in Kulim and the technology development PJM to achieve the required target performance of the technologies in development.
- Ensure quality and reliability of delivered products meeting IFX quality standard and improvement within the scope of technology ownership and within development team.
- Provide feedback on technology related problems, planned measures and quality related topics.
- Interact with BE and Central R&D in order to provide best solutions for new technologies. Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor/Master/PhD Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Physics/Material Science/Chemistry
- Minimum 1-3 Year of working experience in Semiconductor industry preferred, BE experience is accepted with higher number of years of experience

- In Depth Knowledge of PTE analysis tools

- Intermediate level of knowledge in semiconductors physics of relevant power/IC technologies

- Advanced statistical analysis
- Knowledge of unit processes and its influence on product

- Test methods for specific Technology

- Knowledge on product applications

- Knowledge of quality and reliability of products
