Job description
In your new role you will:
Responsible for yield stability & improvement
Ensure quality and reliability of delivered products meeting IFX quality standard (SBA, LOH assessment and disposition)
Support new product release, production ramp and change management projects
Owner of electrical test yield after M9, monitor and work with FE or business divisions to improve electrical test yield
Support burn-in monitoring, engineering sample, FAR and qualification lots’ yield, data and reject analysis
Owner of SBA violated lots’ initial assessment and disposition
Support and analyze tester’s Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)
Owner to perform regular review of SBA (statistical bin analysis), ALF and PGS+ Ype for post-M9 products with business division product engineering and production management
Monitor and drive for DDM and ALF reduction thru SBA optimization, yield improvement and root cause elimination
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics/Physics/Material Science/Chemistry/Semiconductor Technology)
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in semiconductor product and testing or related field
Able to handle first level of test program debugging and troubleshooting in production
Knowledge in statistical data analysis
Able to operate test cell in production and perform lab bench measurement using oscilloscope, multi-meter, function generator and source-meter
Schematic/electronic circuitry interpretation and device physics basic knowhow
Experienced in analytical and problem solving tools and skills
