Senior Engineer Reliability Product Testing

Job Description :
In your new role you will:
Develop / Drive implementation / Optimize / Buy-off reliability stress test equipment, burn-in boards, tools and new processes. Technical responsibility and team leading. Plan and manage technical feasibility check on reliability projects. Develop / Drive innovation and new capability to improve effectiveness & efficiency of new reliability qualification processes and methodology, as well as equipment. Liaise with operation / engineering team / sub-con to achieve the required agreed priority as well as resolve all technical related issues. Key contributor in technical & innovation aspect for reliability test engineering – technical paper, patent write-up
Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics, Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics or equivalent with good academic results). Min. 3 years related experience in semiconductor reliability stress equipment is preferred. Fresh graduate with good academic results and experience in reliability test methodology & concepts, reference standards, working principle of stress equipment and programming knowhow is encouraged to apply. Strong knowledge in schematic / electronic circuitry and practical experience on troubleshooting & diagnostic of electronic circuitry. Knowledge embedded system design (example, Arduino) and programming skills (example, C# and C++). Good communication and Interpersonal skills
