Senior Executive (Asset Management)This position is responsible for supporting the Asset Management team in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the value and performance of the real estate portfolio.
It also involves formulating marketing strategies to maximize revenue and optimize asset potential.
Key ResponsibilitiesGather, validate, organize, and analyze data related to the company's properties to generate portfolio-level insights.
Provide analysis on portfolio performance, identifying strategic opportunities for future growth at both macro and micro levels.
Conduct research on the real estate sector, REITs, and broader economic trends to support asset management decisions.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Asset Management.
Strong numerical skills and proficiency in Excel.
